Terms of Use

Barn · Last updated 2026-10-27

The agreement

These terms are between you and Sproutally, which runs Barn. By signing in you accept them and our Privacy Policy. Your Organisation’s contract with us comes first where the two differ.

Your account

Barn is by invitation: your Organisation’s Admin creates your account and gives you a role. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself; anything done after a code you received is treated as done by you. Tell your Admin at once if you think someone else has signed in as you.

Using Barn

  • Use it only for your Organisation’s work, within the role you were given.
  • Do not try to reach data or features your role does not allow, test its security without written permission, or disrupt it.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.

Data

What your Organisation puts into Barn belongs to your Organisation. We use it only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Our software

Barn and its software belong to Sproutally or its licensors. You may use it while your Organisation’s access lasts; you may not copy or resell it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Barn available and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; we will tell your Organisation before a change that removes something it relies on.

Ending access

Your Admin may remove your access at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Barn is provided as it is, and Sproutally is not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
